The AquaIllumination Hydra Edge brings together EdgeField™ Optics’ wide-angle output for balanced PAR and maximum coverage with a Solar Ring that creates breathtaking shimmer. With the all-new Solar Blue spectrum, it builds on decades of coral lighting expertise to deliver vibrant color and exceptional growth in your aquarium.

Designed to cover an area of up to 30″ x 30″ when mounted 9 inches above the water surface, the Hydra Edge provides broad illumination for reef tanks. Aquariums with higher light-demanding corals may require multiple fixtures or a smaller coverage area to ensure optimal PAR levels for their needs.

All AI devices include smart control standard. Download the Mobius or MyAI app on any iOS or Android device to easily set up or program your AI equipment. The Hydra Edge is also compatible with the Neptune Systems MXM module for those Apex users that would like to control their light via Apex Fusion.

The Hydra Edge’s advanced mounting system gives you the freedom to tilt and aim the light exactly where it’s needed. Easily direct illumination for optimal tank coverage, minimize light spillage, and eliminate glare for a perfectly tailored viewing experience. (Mounting options are sold separately)
